On my Magellan eXplorist 210, I've seen a 7-foot accuracy. I was
still 50 feet off from the cache location, so it doesn't matter. :D

I was wondering what's the best accuracy you've noticed on you GPS?
Many times over the years my GPS has displayed accuracy of 6ft. and up to 11
sats. but last night, I hade all 12 sats in view and my accuracy was 5ft.
