Ahh! yes the FIND feature. The problem I have is that it only finds them 1/2
of the time. It use to work all the time. I don't know what happened. Good
point. Maybe I will reinstall it. I have it running on a SD Card (64 meg). I
wonder if there are any problems with that...
Thanks, after several attemps to get it to work I forgot about it.. I will
have to fix it..

If you are using Mobilpocket on your Palm, you shouldn't have to do a lot
of scrolling.
Try this:
Make sure you are in the Table of Contents - the icon looks like a home
Open up the find window - you can do this by using your stylus and entering
a forward slash from the bottom up and then the write the letter F
Enter a portion of the cache name or the waypoint identifier GC**** - then
let Mobilpocket find the page for you
Close the find window and you are all set
You search for clues in the appendix using the same procedure.

That truly is a bonus. I just wish that I could get the waypoints to sort
in alphabetical order too. It would make it nice when your just driving
along and you do a get nearest waypoint on your GPS. Now, I have to wade
through screen after screen to find the correct mileage from my search. On
the Palm you don't have many listed on one screen and if you customize your
reports with several hundred miles from your location, then that's a lot of
scrolling and looking at every page until you find that waypoint.
Other than that, I love it too. It is well worth 30.00 a year!

I don't know what I would do without Geocaching.com. I gladly pay the
meager yearly fee to get the additional perks. Before I joined the premium
membership, I didn't think much about it, but after I became a premium
member about 4 months ago, I don't know what I would do without it. I love
it that I can put the cache pages on my palm, and that they will email me
customized cache searches numerous times a week to add to my palm. That is
just awesome. I don't think that there are any premium member only caches
around here, but that is ok. The palm pilot thing is worth it.

Eric,
I think that's pretty normal. When I look through the logs on my caches,
there's always some entries that weren't posted on GC.com. Most seem to be
legitimate finds, not accidental, so they are trying to find them with a GPS
or compass. They might just be concerned about having to signup on GC.com
and getting SPAM or whatever. It gives them a chance to take the hike and
enjoy the hunt without any feedback about how or why they should have done
something. Keeping a low profile might be a good idea.
