Even with a high speed connection, that tends to be very slow. I create a
pocket query for the state (which you need to load the cache descriptions to
Plucker), then I use the loc file that gpxtohtml creates and convert it to
Garmin MapSource
with Geobuddy. Then you can use mapsource to find the caches.
