- reminds me of a LEO encounter a friend of mine had in high school, where they were walking along the street and decided they should jiggle a stop sign which must not have been attached too well because it just happened to come off the post in their hands. ;) Right as a LEO was driving by.... Moral of the story - it's not just Kirkwood that has that law.
