Fellow Cachers,

All persons nominated for a SLAGA office have been contacted and those who
have responded and accepted their nominations have been included on the
enclosed ballot.

Who may vote:

  Section 9. General Membership Voting

  When voting on an issue is required by the general Organization
membership,
  such as election of officers, an Individual Membership has one vote; each
  member of a Household Membership 18 years of age or order, has one vote.
Only
  members living within SLAGA Territory (Article I - Section 6) are eligible
  to vote.

How to vote:

    You have three ways of voting.
       - You may vote by email by forwarding your completed ballot to:

       - You mail mail your completed ballot to:

          ST. LOUIS AREA GEOCACHERS ASSOCIATION
          483 S KIRKWOOD ROAD PMB #226
          KIRKWOOD, MO 63122

            * All mailed in votes must be received at least 48 hours before
the
              Fall Picnic (September 28th, 2007) to be counted.

      - You may vote at the Fall Picnic between 11:00am and Noon by
requesting a
        ballot from one of the members on staff.

Each individual voting must vote on a separate ballot.  Ballots with
combined votes will be considered invalid and any will not be counted.
Ballots in which the voters choice is not clear (voted for two instead of
one, multiple voided lines, etc.) will be evaluated separately and only the
votes that can be clearly determined will be counted. If a vote is in doubt,
it will not be counted.

Since a ballot can be submited in three different ways, every voter will
need to identify themselves when voting. This is to insure that no one votes
more than once.  The results of the individual votes will not be shared with
anyone running in a contested election. The votes will be counted and
certified by independent members of SLAGA (persons not seeking office in
this election).

All votes will be counted and the winners will be announced at the Fall
Picnic.
