Subject: [GeoStL] Don't miss sunday's Post Dispatch

On page C12 of today's (Sunday) Post dispatch is an article titled
"Hunting is in and paintball is out on Conservation department Land". It
mentions inappropriate uses of its land to include hot air ballooning,
commercial photography, hang gliding, radio controlled vehicles, music
festivals, and rock climbing. Geocaching is also mentioned as being watched.

Why? "Some activities aren't appropriate because they interfere with
hunters or anglers; others don't fit the departments mission". It sounds
like the conservation land is for hunting and fishing only, and they don't
want anyone interrupting their hobby.

I couldn't find a link to this article on the PD website or I would have
made a link to it.
