You get what you pay for. If you want reliable email, then you should go
ahead and use a paid service. If you have problems with that service, then
they are accountable because they are getting paid to give you good service.
Free email services are only accountable to their advertisers.

no problem, it just makes me wonder how much important stuff I could be
missing related to my school work or anything else since some of my
instructors and group project memeber email me through yahoo. My husband
suggested I change everything I have over to the charter email that I have
but never use (it's part of my charter cable internet but I didn't want to
mess with changing everything over to it before and possibly have to change
it all again if we didn't keep the cable internet. But the more I see the
more I think I'm better off with a paid email service of some sort. The
yahoo thing has been an issue for months but it's gotten much worse the last
3 weeks. I can see having issues for a few days here are there but I think
they've made their free email (100MB storage) so attractive that they didn't
plan enough server capacity to handle it all, that's jsut my feeling of
course.
