I did that before they were locked, but I used GSAK to find caches with 
find logs and went in and edited them to finds. GSAK is your friend here.

It will be a task finding the GC number of the LOTEC cache but I will see what 
can do..

I find no reference To anything "lotec" related in Missouri. You sure you have 
the correct state?
