It appears they are new cachers, maybe a friendly inquiry about why they didn't say anything. When my dad started, he struggled to get through the process of logging. Maybe they just need to be told that it is rude to not post anything and that a cache owners payoff is the log. As to the picture, maybe they took it along the drive and felt like sharing. (or testing how to upload)
