Mike, with REI’s return policy I thought about trading my CO for an OR. Then I went and looked at it and compared the screen. There is a major difference in screen quality with the OR. So while having a touch screen would be nice for data entry, I need to see the screen much more than I need data entry.

Michael, I got the 60CSX when it first came out and it had lots of issues too and had to go through many firmware updates for stability and features. But its problems were not as bad of the CO’s growing pains. Even when the CO had so many bugs, I still thought it was in a different class than the 60CSX. The only thing I have missed on my 60CSX is exit services. The 60CSX is truly a classic and great machine, but the CO is the choice if you can afford it. The paperless geocaching, interface, and big high resolution screen make a great GPS.

I still think the CO is the best GPS out there. With the new firmware, it is now very stable. They still need to add some features though.
