It's amazing the number of people who believe that fingernail polish will
kill chiggers.
They're already gone folks, the damage is done.
All you can do after the fact is apply an anti itch cream.
Bonz and I had about 100 chiggers each last year about this time.
We got them from hunting Ghosts as I recall.
Live and learn !!!
Deet before hunting and a shower upon returning home works great for me.
