[GeoStL] Challenge Caches

Does the St. Louis area have any challenge caches? I know I've seen a
Delorme Challenge for Missouri over in KC. Is there a Fizzy challenge
nearby, or any other of those weird things? In Ohio we have a high
terrain challenge where you must find 100 Ohio caches over 3.5
terrain. And another where you need to find a cache starting with each
letter of the alphabet. Is there anything like that around here? Just
curious.
