Hi, all...
I recently got and affixed a new vehicle travel bug decal and got it registered
just fine (TB4VP56). I noticed there's a check box for collectable preference.
Can someone explain the difference between collectable or not in this
application? Is there an advantage to having it marked as collectable? Having
it marked as not? Thanks!
