I AM SORRY EVERYONE BUT THIS RACE WILL BE NOT BE HELD!
After checking on the caches today, I have determined the current weather and
ground conditions do not afford a safe race. I will be holding a St. Patrick's
Day Race instead. I am not sure where or when, but the study guides from this
race will be used.
Again I am sorry, but I am not comfortable with holding this race in current
conditions. Thanks for understanding and look out for this next race!
