You should be able to find out by calling the State Park's Visitor center.
I recently re-did the permit in Babler for one of my caches and they
referred me to the person handling geocaches who gave me the forms needed.
If you are placing a cache its probably the best option to talk the person
1st to be sure your location will be accepted. Many State Parks have areas
restricted accesses due to endangered plant or wildlife in the area.

I am trying to find the form to request permission to place a cache at
Castlewood State Park. I tried the link on gln page but it looks like the
link is no longer good. I also tried the state park web site with no luck.
