The web site that sent out new cache notifications stopped because changes
Geocaching.com made in coding messed up the guy's program. Here is his note
on the site:
Skydiver's New Cache Alert Tool
Due to changes to the Geocaching.com front page, the information necessary
to provide this tool is no longer available. If things change back, the alert
may start up again, but for now at least, the New Cache Alert is down.

Too bad, I really liked it, I wish Geocaching.com had something like it.
