The last comment line in your handicache link is not closed properly,
and is effecting the following </span> tag which is in turn screwing
the left margin up.
If you correct this line:
<!--end of handicaching link--</span></p>
to this:
<!--end of handicaching link--></span></p>
that should fix it.
