Well, if it is a CAMP in the sense of actual camping, then it may be closed
for the winter. If so, that is all me more reason to post the dates / time
for availability.

are locked how is a cacher supposed to go find the cache. Caches are
supposedto be available for the public to find. If the gates are locked and
no open hours are posted, it is difficult. The public was supposed to have
