- I can't say about the barometer. I can check but off the top of my head, I don't know. The Garmins have a limit of 1000 geocaches and around 2100 map segments no matter how much memory you have. If you buy the City Navigator NT (key word here is NT), the maps are larger and more compressed and I could fit all of the US (with routing) on the 2GB card along with Topo's of all of Illinois, Missouri and parts of Kentucky and Arkansas and still have around 500 meg left for other stuff. POI's don't have that limit but are handled as elegantly as Geocaches for caching. I'd, personally, go with the 2GB card. ----- Original Message ----- From: fourfeld@xxxxxxx To: geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [GeoStL] Re: CSx60 vs Cx60 vs CSx76 Date: Fri, 27 Apr 2007 14:11:43 -0400 >- >When you turn off the electric compass on the 60 CSx, does >the altimeter stay on, or are the two connected?
