[GeoStL] Beta version of Windows live Local

This is a new beta version of Microsoft Virtual Earth which will be called
Windows Live Local.
Make sure you check out the Bird's Eye images. The detail is fantastic. St.
Louis isn't in the list yet but Vegas and San Francisco are (among others) and
the quality is hard to beat. Nothing needs to be downloaded so this site
probably won't work too good for dialup users.
