Mike, that's an excellent idea.

Also a list of caches you don't have to change clothes for (except maybe
shoes). When I have business to take care of in a different part of town, I
like to squeeze in a cache or two. This would be the sort of caches that
aren't so far off the trail that you show up for an appointment or dinner
covered in mud or burrs.

Gotta say, my favorite caches are the ones that DO leave me covered in mud,
bugs and burrs, but they usually involve more driving time than I have on
most days.

Susan

When I am away from my home, I am usually constrained by time. I would
maybesuggest a list ordered by time. I know that everybody works at a
different pace, but I guess what I would see is perhaps a listing by the
average time it would take to do a group of caches in an area. That is,
someone could maybe pick an area like a certain park or area, such as
Emmeneger. Then you could list the caches there, and say they could all be
done in maybe 3 hours. I am just pulling numbers out of the air here. Or
maybe say you could do all except one, which may be harder, and if you add
that, it would maybe put it into the 4 hour category. Another example might
be the LaBarque trilogy
It doesn't have to be that exact or that formal. But it would give someone a
plan of attack for a group of caches, and an idea of how long it would take
to do the group. They can then pick a time and area that suits their visit.
Whether they are visiting from out of town, or cross town.

viewpoint. If you were going to a town and were looking for caches, what
sortof "best of " lists would you look at. Best Multi hour caches? Good easy
caches for kids? Caches downtown I can walk too? Caches I can do by taxi, in
the dark on a rainy day? Or lists of caches by what part of town, Good
cachesNorth... Caches to do in Forest park and the Zoo? What would be a
handylist for you? Glenn **************************************** For List
