It sounds like he didn't place the cache originally -- he just found it, signed 
the log and put it back. Still, we have to use common sense in placing caches. 
The old hollow log is looking pretty good right now.

Well...it's common sense to not put a cache near a railroad, road bridge,
tunnel, or a government facility. It's the guy's fault anyway.
