Lots of changes and improvements.

There is a website now that lets you edit/create typ files. They allow you to
make the maps do lots of neat things. I could never figure them out. But this
website is real easy. So now I can do it.

Topo: Got several new 100K quads (concentrating on getting Mark Twain NF done
-have all of Ozark National Scenic Riverways) and have redone some of the other
ones tsnake did. For the redid ones, I have redone all of Shawnee National
Forests and the STL and Jerseyville Quads. I also used a typ file to change
how some things display. The major rivers (IL/MS/MO) and major lakes are now
transparent on the quads I have redone or done myself. So they don't cover up
the bridges anymore. The mapset is now about 400 megs. I am still working on
adding quads.

Landownership: I have also redone the Landownership maps to make them
transparent. I am really impressed with the map now. I have been field
testing it under various lighting conditions. It works great in sun and shade.
As those with the CO/OR know, park backgrounds make it very hard to read the
map in the field and you need to turn off the display of the parks in setup.
Well the new landownership do not cause readability problems and you can keep
it on all the time. It looks a bit weird on water though. I am trying to get
a shapefile with Corp of Engineers ownership. The person has not got back to
me yet to let me know if they have one. I also added KY to the map.

My POIs: Some big improvements. For example, in the past sinkholes would
clutter up the map in places like
Cliff Cave. I have that fixed-now there is just a dot and if you put the
cursor on it, it says sinkhole. I also have bathroom and shower symbols
instead of a generic dot. I also have springs displaying as a spring. I have
also continued to fine tune these maps.

My Trails: Some new stuff has been added (including some stuff from Dan). I
also moved all the caves to this mapset. They now display with the USGS symbol
for cave.
