I am not sure who it would hurt to let the law enforcers know. If we have
permission from the cities involved, they can't really complain and it might
cut down on bomb raids if police officers at least knew what geocaching was.
I don't think they would need a list of every cache out there, just some
education into why there are ammo boxes in the woods. Maybe they could be
told that if there is a suspicious box that they could check with the
appropriate authorities (with whom we have gotten permission) to see if
there is a cache there.
