Not sure why you think you have the right to remove a cache that does not
belong to you? If there is a problem with a cache it needs to be taken care
of by the Missouri administrator.

Glenn, I just placed the following requests for archiving on GCCB92 and
GCCB93:
After multiple trials, we found this. It was an ILLEGAL CACHE, and I have
TAKEN IT WITH ME. Yes, it is GONE.
(1) In direct contradiction to the rules of the game, it was a BURIED, as
in underground, cache;
(2) It was in multiple violation of the local use requirements
(3) It has been reported as invalid before to the local admin, and nothing
has been done about it.
(4) The cacher who placed it has abandoned it since last year.
GLENN: Please archive this cache, it is dead, and will not be coming back.
