 Walk on Gaukel (main) and Pop-up Park (sub-heading) get my vote, as well as 
fonts in this order:  3,2,1,4   
Although I will refer to it informally as the chance to "Walk on the Gauk Block 
with Guac"  ;)

range goal rather than a weekend event. As per the graphic I like #4 best and 
#1 second. I feel that when it comes to posters bold and blunt carries the 
show. Anemic lettering and fine print seem to me to be a little indecisive and 
unduly complicated.
