Parents of 6th, 7th and 8th grade Science Fair Participants:
Judging will begin Friday at 3:00 in the parish center gym. The snack bar is
being made available thanks to the Athletic Boosters during the judging process
so kids can purchase a snack after school.
A phone will also be available for students to call home when they are
finished to be picked up. Expect students to call anytime between 3:30 to 5:30
pm. There are approximately 120 students to be judged. Students will be
judged three times with anywhere from 25 - 40 judges. A parent helper will be
located in the foyer to help you find your student if need be when you come to
pick them up.
Any sports conflicts must be addressed by the head/assitant coach to a
science fair committee member.
**All projects MUST be taken home on Friday, the night of the science fair;
there will be no viewing of the projects after Mass due to a scheduling
conflict with the parish center gym. Thank you in advance for your
understanding.**
