Brothers,
Real quick there is a process for members who do not have "official
membership" to gain membership in the fraternity. I am not at home but on
tonight I will search for the process and provide it to brothers. Brother
Ennis....it's always good to hear from you.
Also, Dana is working with me to build a database of names of brothers who
want to get "official" membership. Once I get all the proper documentation
I provide that communication to the brothers.

I am working with my Line Brothers - Larry Foster and Newell Hunter - to
obtain documentation about the Membership Re-engagement Program.
My Line Brothers never receive their fraternity membership credentials
after initiation back in 1973, and are now looking for a way to obtain
them.
Brother Creighton Larkin (Membership Re-engagement Chairman, Southwestern
Province), directed me to the membership re-engagement program.
He informed me that the program documentation (including an instructional
presentation) are located in the members only section of the Southwestern
Provence website.
I am trying to get a copy of this documentation.
I would like to ask, if you or another active Gamma Psi Brother in the
Provence might have access to the Southwestern Provence web site; and if it
might be possible to obtain a copy of the re-engagement program documents
?
I would appreciate your help and / or reference that could assist us with
obtaining the needed membership re-engagement program documentation.

able to share.
