HI,
I watched this piece on CBS Sunday Morning earlier - great piece.
A few weeks ago, I think it was STONE who was talking about knowing when to
speak, and when to listen.
Well, here’s a two minute example! People tend to appreciate you for such a
skill! WORTH WATCHING

A master listener
In St. Petersburg, Fla., when Al Nixon started coming to a park bench seven
years ago, he needed a quiet place to clear his head. Today, he's providing
impromptu therapy sessions, as a trusted confidant and counselor to whoever
passes by, simply by demonstrating his skill at listening. Steve Hartman
reports.
