Hmm. I drive past these guys everyday on the way to work. Can't see whether
its commercial / what the price it costs - But drop them an email and see
what they say. They're very approachable

On a related note, I'm looking for a graphics engine that is perferably 
open source for licensed users, supports displacement, specular, and 
emmissive mapping, and comes with a particle editor, model viewer, and 
other game-level tools.

Commercial is fine as long as it is under 50K.
