It just occurred to me that I don't think there is an .htaccess file (which
would be an empty one, but the name would be there) is at the root level.
Could that be the problem?
Since I can't put them there myself, I don't know if there is one... and I
didn't send an empty one to be installed to the server owner.
Could that be it?
