All what you need is to install Teamviewer on your computer.
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
Enter ID info for Team Viewer and the password. Make sure that their computer is on ( Team Viewer client software always running on their machine).
Team viewer will connect to their computer automatically, you don’t need any additional info
