"In previous years, face to face meetings played a big role in keeping
our activities alive. So it would be good to have dedicated meetings
on a regular basis. Plus previously we were focusing on completing
translations and missed testing and quality. It is the right time to
focus on quality and understand what is keeping people away from using
translated interfaces and try to include their feedbacks. These
meetings will also make it easy for newbies to get started. We are
hoping to get more non technical people involved in this process. So
spread the word and be there. Also share your ideas as to what else
