LFY CD #1
This time CD #1 is bundled with the following software
*Wine: Wine is an emulator that provide benefits over Windows. Wine
calls Windows applications from scripts that can leverage the Unix
environment to its full extent.
*MediaWiki: MediaWiki is a collaborative editing software that runs
Wikipedia. It is designed to handle a large number of users and pages
without imposing a rigid structure or workflow.
Besides these software, it also contains SUSE 9.1 updates and Fedora
Core 2 updates.
LFY CD #2
GNOPPIX is a Linux Live CD based on Debian GNU/Linux. It can be
compared to Knoppix. The only difference is GNOPPIX uses GNOME as the
desktop environment. An interesting feature is the ability to install
to hard disk with a GUI. It is possible in easy seven clicks. The
GNOME system tools are also available on this disk. Overall, there is
an excellent array of software on the CD to explore.

reduce the pricing of the main magazine so that those who were not
technical but curious about Linux/OSS could access the information.
Hence, LINUX For You's main magazine was created as a magazine for
everyone to read.
At the same time, the demand from the tech community was clear --
