I think he (Mr. achyuth sankar) was an advocate for windows (i am
not sure) and then there was some raid from MS and he turned to
FS. Those who know details please give.

Vijayaraghavan was (could be) the ex-CEO of Technopark and Achyut Shankar is
the Director of C-DIT.
