For that you have to call customer care. Are you syre that your modem
is detected? If you could successfully complete "sudo wvdialconf", the
out put in the wvdial.conf, will be like this.

Modem = /dev/ttyS1
Baud = 115200
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 S11=55 +FCLASS=0
; Phone = 555-1212
; Username = my_login_name
; Password = my_login_password

Now you have to know phone number, user name and password. All these
data are provided by the service provider. You may get it from their
web-page.
If you configure more than one connection, give name like.

Select each connection by name, like "wvdial dataone".
