We have digressed a lot and because of misunderstandings and
miscommunication the discussion didn't go smoothly.
It was never an intention to focus on individuals, we have always focussed
on the Organizations issues. Some of the things that we mentioned were
misinterpreted and I personally apologize for anything(that was discussed)
has affected the attendees emotionally.
Let's comeback again and start working towards the progress of the
collective goal.
