SEARCH RE-OPENED: Shapell’s – Darche Noam is seeking a Director of
Development.
The director of development will be a passionate representative of the
organization.
While the vast majority of the Director’s time will be spent raising funds,
it is desirable that the director be capable of teaching or tutoring at
both Shapell’s and Midreshet Rachel v’Chaya. This would allow them to be
more knowledgeable of the real accomplishments of our organization, and to
speak with more authenticity about our programs and our students.
The new Director should have excellent written and oral communication
skills, be highly organized, and be able to work well with others. They
must strongly identify with our mission.
Prior documented successful experience in fundraising is strongly preferred.
The position is based in our office in Jerusalem – but will include travel
both inside and outside of Israel.
