Are you sending snail mail from Israel to the USA? It could take three
months to get there!

People are getting less snail mail.
Donors are used to getting your pre Rosh Hashannah mail.
Some donors prefer to touch the solicitation.
Some donors prefer to mail in a check.
You can say much more in print.

Finally, and most importantly..
If we dont renew donors now, my theory is that donors will be more
selective of charities they support.
And when musical chairs stops,
you want to make sure you have a chair.

Just my 2 cents.
