That would have to come with a revamping of the IAPF's activities. People
are only going to pay if they will receive
benefits/discounts/freebies/webinars, etc, that have an equal value to the
membership fee.

more official. A facebook survey would exclude some people, and is much
less official, and therefore less likely to be taken seriously, IMHO.
FB could be used to spread the link, as well as all of the NPO consulting

I think an interesting addition would be the one re: bonuses/percentage
based salaries, just to get a hunch on how common this still is. I also
believe some writers work per proposal and so it'd make sense to check that
out as well (and then ask what is the base for calculation - per hour, per
written page or per the total proposal). When I last checked a few years
ago the final numbers were quite similar (hourly wage vs. per page) but
there's definitely a need for updated info.

Also, I'd be interested to know to what degree are grantwriters also
responsible to do foundation research.

Will be ready to go over survey draft with further remarks/ideas but
unfortunately too busy in the coming weeks to actually design it.

The current survey is based on how big the budget of the organization
is. While this is relevant, it shouldn't be the only or even the main
factor in the salary.

This came up in the FB group "Resource development professionals in
Israel", and a lot of people were interested.
Who is the person within the IAPF or another organization to make it
