If you give them one cell phone then you are losing the advantage of a call
"center" as only one person can be calling at any one time and not multiple
callers calling on your behalf. A good call center will have multiple US
numbers (or other countries if you are calling other countries) and it will
show a landline from the country being called.

Thanks Mindy - very helpful. One concern that has been raised internally
is that if the calls are made come from a call center the phone number will
be blocked or ignored as many targets have been called before from the same
number. How have your answer rates been?
