Position:              *Resource Development Coordinator** – **רכז פיתוח
משאבים*

Location:             Mikve Israel (near Holon Intersection)

Type:                    Full-time - 100%



*Job Responsibilities: *

        -     Seek out and identify funding opportunities from foundations,
Jewish Federations, private donors and the business sector.

-     Identify and fundraise from various governmental resources - working
with Merkava portal.  *Experience in the field*- *Advantage*!

-     Write and submit grant proposals and reports, in English and Hebrew.

-     Maintain relations with philanthropists and contributing
organizations.

-     Implement fundraising through social media and online campaigns.*
Experience in the field*- *Advantage*!

-     Perform related duties as required by the Head of the Division.



*Required Skills and Background:*

-     2-3 year experience in fundraising from diverse sources.

-     English– mother tongue, Hebrew very high level.

-     Excellent computer skills (MS Office, databases, CRM, internet
search).

-     Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

-     Highly organized with good performance under pressure.

-     Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to effectively
communicate and interact with a large staff and external partners
