דרוש/ה מרכז/ת פיתוח משאבים
הגדרת התפקיד:
עבודה מול מנהל פיתוח משאבים,
ניהול תיק תורמים ופיתוחו,
כתיבת בקשות ודיווחים לתורמים,
איסוף מידע מהדרג הניהולי בארגון,
עדכון מערכות מידע ואתר אינטרנט.
דרישות התפקיד:
דובר/ת אנגלית שפת אם, בעל/ת יכולת ביטוי מילולית וכתיבה ברמה גבוהה.
עברית - ברמה טובה מאוד.
בעל/ת יכולת עבודה עצמאית והנעת פרויקטים לטווח ארוך.
בעל/ת ניסיון בגיוס תרומות בארץ ובחו"ל.
רקע בחינוך / פסיכולוגיה / עו"ס - יתרון.
