PEF does not take a fee, but Clearshift which processes the transfer does take
a very small fee of 0.25% + VAT on the 0.25%. It is negligible except for on
very large donations. In any case, it is by far the least expensive conduit for
donations from the US.

We received many times via PEF donations less than $100; credit card rhey don't
accept, that they told me clearly.
Up to now, they did not charge us anything, but that might have changed.

In my experience, they don’t charge at all.

The statement that "they don't charge at all" is not accurate. They charge a
0.25% transfer fee, which for large donations can add up.

I have been using PEF for some 15 years and they don't charge at all for making
the transfer or take interest. A couple of years ago they arranged for
transfers and receipts to be carried out through a computerized program, which
makes life much easier.
However, what isn't obvious from their website is that the minimum sum they
will transfer is 250 dollars. The minimum donation they accept is 25 dollars,
but they will sit on that until your organization has received at least 250
dollars in donation and then transfer it. For a small organization that gets
only small occasional donations, this is a problem.
You have to register your organization with them and send all the necessary
documents, and then it is your responsibility to update your legal documents
every year (nihul takin, certified accounts, etc)

Our organization was approached by a company here in Israel, regarding applying

Does anyone have any information or experience regarding the above?
Thank you,
