You can have them submit the job to NGO Catalyst job board, which is the
most comprehensive job listing site for English language jobs (mostly
resource development but not only) in Israeli nonprofits.
It is free to post and we have hundreds of job seekers looking there, all
of whom at least know what the job actually is/ are looking for this kind
of work specifically.
