I recently had this issue with a client - I insisted that they take it out
- as Hannan mentioned - no insurance is available in our field!

I presume they don’t want to be sued when a building they helped to fund
collapses! Not quite sure how to fulfill this when funding is for

What you have to do is ask them what exactly is the damage that can
happen for which they require such an insurance. It is likely that they
won't have an answer to this question, which in turn demonstrates that
there is no need for it in the first place.

HELP. I am closing a contract to create a strategic fundraising plan for
a client whose legal team just told me that they want this: נבקש ביטוח
אחריות מקצועית כלשהו. They are asking for professional liability
insurance. What do they even mean by that in this context.
