if an american foundation, it might say on their Guidestar/Foundation
Center profile whether they give to CC...It doesn't necessarily mean
they'll give to projects in Israel, but at least it's part of their
philanthropy...

The best example is Weinberg Foundation- they have two major criteria
-the building must serve populations below the poverty line
- you must show that you already have 2- 3rds of the necessary funding

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to find foundations that
have donated to Israeli non-profits’ building or capital campaigns? In my
experience, fewer foundations are open to giving to  such campaigns. Most
seem more interested in specific projects or programs.

Thank you in advance.
