Jewcer and chesednow are also options depending on the organization. They
deal with projects.

Hi,
A friend of mine has an Israeli amuta in Israel and he wants donors in
America to be able to make a tax-deductible donation online using a credit
card. He doesn’t have a 501(c)(3) in the states, and has been using PEF (I
think) to provide a tax-deductible way for Americans to donate. The problem
is that PEF will only accept checks and his organization is probably losing
a lot of money from people who don’t want to or don’t have the time to
write a check and stick it in the mail.
Is there a way to achieve what he wants without establishing a 501(c)(3)
in America?
Thanks!
