HI    Regarding requests for וועדת עזבונות for 2019, since this year it
seems that they will only give to matnasim, youth movements, mechinot and
for hospitals (all for very specific purposes), my question is: Eventhough
we are not a matnas but with some of our activities we function like one
and we do have activities for the population and purpose they are
describing, is it worth applying to them under the category of matnasim? If
not, any suggestions on how to have any chance of applying to them for 2019
requests?
