I realized after I sent this e-mail that my only problem was that I was treating my proposed "publication" timeframe as a deadline - and like Bryce said, when a hobby feels like a job, it's not fun anymore. But yes, it will be delayed by the fact that relatives are coming, and then possibly delayed even more while I try to get stuff ready to put there, and then maybe delayed some more while I try to get the material down in size enough to fit on my limited webspace. ;) And I've just realized that GMing skill is probably almost optional when coming up with a fantasy world. I'm fairly certain that Robert E. Howard, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Fritz Leiber didn't have that much time behind the GM screen when they came up with their worlds. :) Although I'm sure they had a heck of a lot more knowledge of mythology than me... -- -J.
